Beginning in entry-level roles, Roshan steadily advanced through the industry, developing operational expertise and leadership skills that earned him notable recognition, including Franchisee of the Year honors from Subway (2010) and Marco’s Pizza (2015). Known for his strong work ethic and dedication to developing high-performing teams, he has established a reputation as a respected entrepreneur and community leader.
